Role
Join the Platform and Reliability Engineering department in Bangalore and report to the Director of Platform and Reliability Engineering.
Help ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of ZDX solutions.
Lead automation initiatives, validate feature functionality, optimize system performance, and support an AI-first development approach.
Role Expectations
- Design and develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable test automation frameworks.
- Develop and execute end-to-end tests for cloud services, analytics dashboards, APIs, and user-facing applications.
- Integrate testing pipelines into CI/CD workflows with engineering and DevOps teams.
- Use analytics tools, logs, and testing outputs to identify bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues.
- Refine testing methodologies to improve coverage, detect issues earlier, and maximize efficiency.
