About the Role

- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent preferred

DESCRIPTION
- Join the Reach Planning Engineering team within Measurement Ad Tech Data Science to build the next generation of advertising technology at Amazon.
- Own, design, and deliver highly scalable systems that empower advertisers to plan campaigns and build strategies related to reach and other media planning capabilities.
- Work on the full service, full stack advertising platform, specifically developing APIs and AI Agents that deliver Amazon signals to improve planning for advertisers.
Key Job Responsibilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of non internship professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Compensation
- Base salary range: CAN, ON, Toronto 150,700.00 251,700.00 CAD annually.
- Amazon's package may include sign on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
