Storage Infrastructure Management
Design, implement, and administer enterprise SAN and NAS environments.
Manage storage provisioning, allocation, deallocation, and lifecycle management.
Perform firmware upgrades, technology refreshes, and storage migrations.
Configure and administer storage replication technologies.
Conduct storage performance analysis, tuning, and capacity planning.
Support large-scale storage environments and business-critical workloads.
Administer Cisco SAN fabric including zoning, switch configuration, and troubleshooting.
Drive storage standardization and operational best practices.
Backup & Recovery Management
Design and manage enterprise backup solutions using NetWorker and NetBackup.
Administer backup infrastructure including Data Domain appliances.
Define backup policies, retention schedules, and recovery strategies.
Perform backup failure analysis and restore testing.
Manage DPA reporting, compliance dashboards, and operational metrics.
Ensure successful completion of backup, replication, archive, and recovery activities.
Conduct disaster recovery testing and recovery validation exercises.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for backup reliability and performance.
Incident & Problem Management
Act as L3/L4 escalation point for critical incidents (P1/P2).
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
Lead technical resolution during major incidents and service outages.
