Job Summary
Senior Site Supervisor role responsible for joinery installation activities, site teams, safety, quality, materials, reporting, and project closeout.
Site Supervision and Safety
- Manage the site team and installers and report incidents to the project manager.
- Maintain site safety for staff and equipment.
- Ensure all site personnel wear work uniforms, safety helmets, and safety shoes.
- Maintain site housekeeping and protect installed work and other work on site.
Installation and Quality
- Rectify non-conformance reports in a timely manner.
- Take and validate site measurements.
- Monitor stock distribution during the installation phase.
- Ensure items are installed in the correct locations according to approved shop drawings and key plans.
Reporting and Closeout
- Provide daily reports on team presence, site issues, equipment requirements, and petty cash consumption with invoices.
- Support solutions for technical issues and site conditions.
- Support the project closeout process through obtaining the TOC.
