Sr Site Reliability Engineer

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Prior working experience in Site Reliability Engineering managing cloud-based infrastructure and applications

Enterprise related engineering experience in 24x7 uptime, regulated environments. Proven experience in Product, Platform, and system planning and operations.

Proven experience in Azure administration and operations leveraging azure monitoring services.

Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.

Working knowledge of related technologies including cloud, encryption, IPsec, VLANs, VPNs, routing, WAF/firewalls, proxy services, LAN/WAN connectivity, advanced security & threat protection.

Experience with systems administration, including Windows and Linux environments. Experience in proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).

Ability to lead the processes to produce and maintain accurate documentation and operational reports.

Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss, and explain issues coherently and logically, both in writing and verbally.
