- Attend sales meetings, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate technical guidance
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote the company's full range of services and solutions
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities; prepare proposals and deliver professional presentations to secure new contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients; conduct site inspections, recommend improvements, and propose tailored service solutions
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service execution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain up to date sales documentation, tools, and pipelines; prepare accurate sales forecasts and progress reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the HVAC industry
- Proven experience in cooling tower and/or chiller service sales
- UAE market experience is highly preferred
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide technical support and interpret customer requirements
- Self driven with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making capabilities
