Desired experiences : At least seven years of experience applying security standards that apply to SCI Facilities (SCIFs) as outlined in ICD 705, Intelligence Community Standard (ICS) 705-1, IC Tech Spec-for ICD/ICS 705, and DoD Manual 5105.21 Volume 1-3.
developing and interpreting security policy for Senior Level Government and Industry personnel.
Four years of experience utilizing Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and Joint Clearance and Access Verification System (JCAVS).
Developed in-depth Collateral/SCI Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs).
Thorough familiarity with all security clearance processes.
reading and interpreting blueprints/drawings to ensure facilities meet security requirements.
