- Handle Incident Management (Incidents, Near Miss & Safety Observations)
- Perform Risk Assessment (Job Safety Analysis, Health Assessments, Hazard Management)
- Manage Chemical / Substance Approval
- Perform minor updates to existing WRICEF objects (branding, field level changes)
- Support integration with SAP PM and SAP HR
- Participate in testing aligned with AdvantEdge Scenario Framework
- Manage security and roles using existing master roles
Requirements
- 8 15 years of experience in SAP EHSM
- Experience with Incident Management, Risk Assessment, and Chemical/Substance Approval
- Experience with WRICEF objects and branding updates

Role Overview
- Immediate hiring SAP EHSM consultant for Abu Dhabi.
Functional Scope
- Incident Management (Incidents, Near Miss & Safety Observations)
- Risk Assessment (Job Safety Analysis, Health Assessments, Hazard Management)
- Chemical / Substance Approval
Technical Scope
- Branding updates (e.g., logos)
- Limited field level changes (additions/removals)
- Existing WRICEFs: Incident Management Report, Risk Assessment Summary Report, Incident Preliminary Report, Injury Illness Report
Data Migration Scope
- No migration of historical incident data.
Integration Scope
- Standard integration with SAP PM and SAP HR.
- No other third party integrations within scope.
Testing Scope
- Testing aligned with AdvantEdge Scenario Framework.
- Inclusion of business specific scenarios identified and approved by DT.
- Separate SIT and UAT cycles per entity.
Security and Roles Management
- Leverage existing master roles from prior implementations.
- Deploy Derived Roles aligned with the updated template.
- Introduce New Roles only upon approval.
Lead Workshop Considerations
- Key workshops (KDS & UAT), along with SIT and UAT test scripts and supporting documentation, will be executed and organized independently for each cluster of entity within scope.
