Responsibilities
- Analyse the scope of work and contractual requirements.
- Prepare complete scope BOQs for civil and structural works on EPC water transmission pipeline projects.
- Estimate civil and structural construction work and understand the sequence of work.
- Monitor daily progress reports and resolve discrepancies with project personnel.
- Maintain supporting documents for executed works, including signed NRI documents, quantity surveying sheets, and progress records.
- Liaise with Engineer's and Employer's quantity surveyors to verify quantities and process payments.
- Prepare contract final measures and payment applications at completion in accordance with contract provisions.
- Verify subcontract measurements and payment applications.
- Coordinate quantity measurement, recording, and reporting with project sections.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience or exposure with estimation for civil and structural construction.
- Understanding of construction work sequences.
