Sr Quality Engineering Tech

Identify and record non-conformities in processes throughout the facility.

Perform inspections and tests on materials used in the electronics repair process.

Recognize opportunities for ongoing improvement in quality processes and systems.

Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to adopt best practices.

Offer training and support to junior team members regarding quality assurance practices.

Assist with audits and inspections conducted by regulatory bodies and third-party organizations.

Analyze data from established sources to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Support the establishment of new workstations for incoming products at the service center.

Provide assistance to the third-party companies partnered with Brady.

Strong understanding of electronics and the appropriate troubleshooting methods for electrical systems.

Experience in a manufacturing environment working with handheld electronic devices.

Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.

Willingness and enthusiasm to expand knowledge of mobile computer systems, including both hardware and software.

Capability to address groups of 20 or more on technical or process-related topics.
