Lead containment and root‑cause resolution for internal quality issues identified through Pre‑Delivery Inspection (PDI) and Lucid Customer Product Audit findings
Improve customer experience by leading 0MiS, 3MiS, 6MiS, and similar quality assessments, including containment and corrective actions, in coordination with Field Quality, Supplier Quality, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing
Ensure readiness and approvals for New Parts Introduction (NPI), including trials, parts change management, and PPAP approvals
Monitor and track Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) within PLM or equivalent systems
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Total Quality Management, or a related discipline
5+ years of relevant professional experience in quality or manufacturing engineering

5+ years of experience in a greenfield OEM environment (required)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar senior or system‑level quality engineering role (required)
