Improve customer experience by leading 0MiS, 3MiS, 6MiS, and similar quality findings, including containment and corrective actions, in coordination with Field Quality, Supplier Quality, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing
Ensure readiness and approvals for New Parts Introduction (NPI), including trials, parts change management, and PPAP approvals
Monitor and track Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) within PLM or equivalent systems
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Total Quality Management, or a related field

5+ years of relevant professional experience (post-graduation)
5+ years of experience within a greenfield OEM environment (required)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar ADAS or senior quality engineering role (required)
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Proven ability to influence, motivate, and build alignment across cross‑functional teams and senior leadership

Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off.
