Sr. Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for leading the company’s Quality Management System and ensuring products and processes meet AS9100, customer, regulatory, and government contract requirements.

This role oversees quality assurance, audits, corrective actions, supplier quality, inspection, and continuous improvement.

Our Performance Center in Carson, CA is the Engineered Products Group site for our Human Machine Interface, Motion Control Device, and Radio Frequency (RF) product lines.

• Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, customer requirements, FAR/DFARS, and applicable government contract requirements.
• Lead internal, customer, registrar, and government audits.
• Manage nonconformances, corrective actions, root-cause analysis, and quality escapes.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
• Monitor supplier quality and corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary quality contact for customers and government representatives.
• Track quality metrics, including defects, scrap, rework, customer complaints, and corrective actions.
• Lead and develop Quality personnel.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain quality records, traceability, and compliance documentation.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001.

Base Compensation: USD 145,000.00 - 165,000.00 Paid Salaried
