About the Role
Rebus is seeking a Sr. QA/QC Engineer with 5-7 years of experience in Quality and Safety for Construction, M&E, and/or Instrumentation. The role involves maintaining ISO 9001 and 45001 systems, auditing, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve Quality of ISO 9001:2015, Health/Safety of ISO 45001:2018 and other quality assurance systems
- Support operational quality related activities, including view of project quality requirements, ISO 9001 & 45001 certification, materials, method statements, inspection, and test plans
- Audit systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Update Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes, and improvements
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to accountable manager and senior management on performance of quality and safety systems
- Coordinate and assure compliance with the Risk Assessment Plan
- Conduct projects’ internal quality audit inspection, annual health/safety audits
- Monitor implementation of QA processes and plans (Inspection Test Plans and Quality Control Plans)
- Conduct periodic team meetings to ensure alignment with QA process and address issues with QA tools
- Liaise with departmental managers concerning correction of any deficiencies highlighted through quality and safety systems
- Investigate quality cases to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
- Involve in incident and accident investigation and reporting
Requirements
- 5 7 years relevant working experience in Quality and Safety for Construction, M&E and/or Instrumentation and Project Work
- Familiar with ISO 19001, OHSAS 18001 and Safe Standard
- Certification in standard quality management system preferred
- Experience in international quality standards such as ISO 9001
- High proficiency in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem solving skills
- Innovative and detail oriented
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree a plus
