Sr. Project Manager - Transmission & Substation

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical), Construction Management, or a closely related technical or business field.
• A minimum of 10+ years of progressive and impactful experience in project management, with a proven and verifiable track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale, complex projects specifically within the electric utility industry (e.g., major transmission, distribution, substation, or generation projects).
• Strong, demonstrated leadership, communication (written, verbal, executive presentation), negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and effectively manage high-performing, diverse teams.
• Expertise in a range of project management methodologies and best practices, including both Agile and Waterfall approaches, and the ability to tailor them to specific project needs.
• High proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asset Suite 8, Primavera P6, and modern project collaboration platforms.

• Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience with advanced risk management techniques and mitigation strategies for large capital projects.
• Experience with program management, managing a portfolio of interconnected projects.
