Sr. Project Manager - Land Development

Mentor and motivate team members while fostering strong internal relationships

Represent CHA through networking, industry involvement, and client engagement

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required

Minimum of11 years of professional experience, including 8 years of project management experience required

Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) license required

Demonstrated success expanding client bases, winning pursuits, and driving revenue growth

An established network of clients capable of generating new business opportunities

Strong experience managing client relationships and complex, multi-project workloads

Proven ability to prepare proposals, manage project development, and support organizational growth goals

Solid understanding of project accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash management

Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and the Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and adapt to diverse audiences

Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently

Willingness and ability to travel as needed

Lead impactful land development projects that shape communities while balancing environmental, regulatory, and stakeholder considerations

$150,000 - $170,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
