As a Sr.

Project Manager for Project Delivery Management (PDM), you will lead the successful delivery of capital projects within Oracle's Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) organization, with an exclusive focus on a variety of capital projects located in Nashville, TN and related initiatives.

This role will serve as a dedicated leader for one of Oracle's most strategic capital programs, overseeing all phases of project planning, execution, governance, and delivery to ensure alignment with organizational goals, budgets, schedules, and long-term capital project objectives.

The Sr.

Project Manager will establish and enforce project management standards, drive cross-functional collaboration, and champion continuous improvement to ensure excellence in project execution across Nashville capital projects.

The role requires strong strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities to successfully coordinate complex, multi-phased development activities involving internal Oracle teams, external consultants, contractors, and public agencies.

The position is based in Nashville, TN.

While occasional support for broader Americas region initiatives may be requested, the primary and ongoing responsibility of this role is dedicated to capital projects located in Nashville.
