Sr. Project Manager

Financial and stakeholder management

• Develop forecasts and financial plans and manage budgets, resource allocations, vendor engagements, financial reporting, and benefit realization.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and support executive communication and decision-making.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to team members and project managers.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Eight to twelve years of project or program management experience.
• Active PMP certification.
• Three to four years of senior project management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong Infrastructure and Operations experience in one or more relevant technical domains.
• Experience leading large-scale technology transformation, migration, or modernization programs.

Additional required qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across technical and business functions.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and vendor relationships.

Preferred qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Agile certification such as SAFe, Scrum, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, plant, laboratory, distribution, or office environments.
