Job Description
Technical Project Manager or Squad Lead
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced TPM/Squad Lead to drive the development of a next-generation GenAI-powered Assistant for IT Operations (ITO) within the manufacturing domain. This role bridges business understanding and technical execution , ensuring that complex business requirements are translated into actionable technical deliverables for engineering teams.
As a Squad Lead, you will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to break down requirements, validate feasibility , and guide the delivery of Python-based APIs, React web applications, and AWS-native deployments enhanced with GenAI capabilities .
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Translation & Grooming
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture, clarify, and prioritize requirements.
Translate business needs into technical stories , acceptance criteria, and design inputs.
Ensure requirements are broken into well-defined user stories consumable by engineers.
Technical Guidance & Alignment
Work with Technical architects on HLD/LLD’s, Design documents & supporting requirements traceability and sprint planning/execution per timelines.
