About the Role
Drive development of a next-generation GenAI-powered Assistant for IT Operations within the manufacturing domain.
Bridge business understanding and technical execution by translating complex requirements into engineering deliverables.
Work with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and technology teams to guide delivery.
Responsibilities
- Capture, clarify, prioritize, and groom business requirements into technical stories and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate architecture, design documentation, requirements traceability, and sprint execution.
- Guide Python FastAPI, React, GenAI, and AWS-native engineering delivery.
- Define test strategies and partner with QA on functional, integration, and performance validation.
- Mentor squad members on DevOps, CI/CD, cloud deployment, Agile ceremonies, and best practices.
- Drive security, scalability, compliance, continuous improvement, delivery quality, and developer experience.
Required Experience
- Strong software delivery, solution design, or squad leadership experience.
- Strong experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
