Role Overview
Senior project engineering role responsible for leading assigned projects and meeting budget, schedule, quality, and business objectives.
The experience requirement specifically includes fuel station projects.
Project Leadership and Planning
- Lead project teams to complete projects within approved budgets and timelines.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor progress, provide financial control, and ensure project quality.
Technical and Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with design teams on project plans, specifications, procedures, and engineering designs.
- Guide cross-functional teams and review technical designs and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and secure required reviews and approvals.
- Provide technical studies, refine project requirements, and issue regular progress reports.
Compliance and Team Development
- Ensure deliverables follow industry compliance requirements and company safety guidelines.
- Assess team capabilities and provide guidance and development to improve performance.
Qualifications and Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of progressive project engineering experience, including fuel station projects.
- Project Management Professional certification is preferred.
- Leadership, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of project management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet agreed deadlines, prioritize workload, and apply health and safety guidelines.
