The Senior Project Engineer/Manager, EPC Portfolio Performance & Analytics is responsible for supporting the EPC Project Organization through the development, management, and continuous improvement of portfolio-level project performance metrics, reporting systems, data governance processes, and business analytics. This role serves as the central point of accountability for project data quality, KPI development, portfolio reporting, performance analytics, and business intelligence across the Power EPC project portfolio. The position partners closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Proposal Managers, Project Controls personnel, and IT Data Analysts across Engineering, Supply chain and Construction to ensure timely, accurate, and actionable project information is available to support decision-making and improve project delivery performance. In addition, this role may lead or support efforts to leverage automation, advanced analytics, AI tools, and digital technologies to improve reporting accuracy. This position functions as an individual contributor with broad organizational influence and authority over project data governance standards and reporting compliance.
