Responsibilities
- Handle multiple building projects in coordination with the site supervision team.
- Manage client and consultant relationships at a managerial level.
- Attend project progress meetings.
- Execute projects according to the baseline plan.
- Prepare commercial documentation covering contractual obligations.
- Monitor progress and achieve targets against the baseline plan.
- Prepare variation claims when necessary.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the same or an equivalent project-management position.
- 15–20 years of overall experience in the UAE.
- Immediate availability to join is required.
