Sr Programmer Analyst II

Training and Departmental Support

• Train and mentor junior team members and contribute to professional development.
• Support training materials, departmental documents, policies, working practice documents, and SOPs.
• Represent the company at conferences and present or teach at department meetings.
• Support the bidding process as requested.

Education and Experience

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification, is required.
• At least 6 years of relevant statistical programming, clinical programming, or related experience is required.
• Clinical trial experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry is required.
• Strong SAS programming experience is required.

Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of programming languages, relational databases, and complex data systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English and ability to manage multiple assignments under challenging timelines.
• Ability to capture biostatistical metrics and provide statistical programming quality control.

Working Environment

• Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
• Occasional domestic and international travel to site locations may be required.
