Work Schedule
- The standard schedule is Monday through Friday.
Work Environment
- Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
- Occasional travel to site locations and occasional domestic and international travel are required.
Role Overview
The Senior Programmer Analyst performs advanced bioinformatics programming activities supporting statistical and computational requirements of research projects.
The role independently leads selected moderately complex studies and may support more complex studies under a lead programmer.
The role provides training and guidance to junior team members.
Programming and Bioinformatics
- Create, execute, maintain, and validate programs that transfer data across systems, combine varied data sources, generate summary data, and produce reports.
- Validate SAS programs that generate listings, tables, and figures.
