Identify, access, compile, analyze, and integrate administrative, industry, regulatory, and field-based datasets.
Develop a mass balance model and conduct material and substance flow analyses.
Reconcile customs, vehicle registration, factory output, and other macroeconomic datasets.
Analyze formal and informal lead-waste flows and map industrial, scrap, and logistics networks across states.

Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Ecology, or Materials Science.
Advanced degree or specialized coursework in Resource Economics, Material Flow Analysis, or Life Cycle Assessment is described as specialized analytics preparation.
At least 3–5 years of working experience in the development sector is required.

Knowledge of Battery Waste Management Rules, Hazardous and Other Wastes Rules, CPCB guidelines, and EPR portal mechanics.
Understanding of heavy metal chemistry, battery manufacturing chemistry, and thermal or hydrometallurgical secondary smelting.
Proficiency in stock-driven cohort modeling, lifetime distribution analysis, macroeconomic data reconciliation, GIS, and supply-chain mapping.
