Responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Prime responsibility to drive P&L of Project assigned and customer satisfaction with 100%.
- Visit customer sites to perform day to day activity coordination as per milestone schedule. Need to have data center experience to work on fire alarms, access control, CCTV, building management with Cx languages. Need to have close coordination with internal stake holders and commissioning of projects. Monthly, Qtr forecast with 100% accurate for the projects to be delivered on time and meet quality standards. Solve technical issues with daily/weekly review and suggest cost‑effective solutions. Need to lead the pool of site leads and Project engg to get most to deliver the project on time and cost. Subcon management for smooth daily operation at site & vendor management for statutory compliance with customer HSE.
