Sr Program Manager

You will provide program leadership for the development, qualification, and transition to production for advanced Electro-Mechanical Actuation Systems targeted for the Defense and Space marketplace where this technology yields high benefits.

This is a key Honeywell strategic technology thrust which raises the importance and visibility of this role to high leadership levels.

Your ability to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams will help align projects with business goals and customer requirements.

By developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, you will ensure efficient project execution and delivery.

Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets will help maintain project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

You will report directly to our Director of Program Management and you’ll work out of our Tempe, Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the Control Systems business unit by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
