Hill International is seeking a Sr.
Program Manager in Los Angeles, California
The Sr.
Program Manager is responsible for leading complex capital programs and major construction projects from planning through design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, ff&e implementation, and closeout utilizing the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) delivery method.
This position serves as the primary client liaison and provides strategic leadership, technical expertise, and program oversight to ensure successful project delivery in accordance with budget, schedule, quality, and stakeholder objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience managing large-scale facilities, infrastructure, and mission critical projects utilizing varying delivery methods.
Experience
working within California's public sector procurement and regulatory environment is strongly preferred.
