Role Overview
GoComet is building a Customer Delight Engine as an AI-native, outcome-driven function for enterprise accounts.
The Senior Program Manager operates the function and is accountable for whether the transformation happens, not simply for organizing activities.
The role connects Sales, Discovery, Build, and Deploy and serves as the operating anchor for the function.
Core Ownership Areas
- Maintain real-time visibility into client engagement stage, health, risk, escalation, and outcome commitments.
- Audit and enforce SOPs, delivery cycles, Anchor PM, and PRD discipline.
- Track alignment between statements of work and delivery reality before drift becomes a loss.
- Ensure teams measure customer outcomes rather than only milestones.
- Own hiring operations, staffing capacity, and resourcing against the transformation roadmap.
- Assess customer-aligned POD health and improve handoffs, role clarity, and escalation paths.
- Own Revenue per Employee and Tokens per Employee measurement, reporting, and accountability.
- Drive AI-powered integrations, self-service outcome dashboards, and configuration-driven workflows to reduce engineering dependency.
