Role Overview
Comparator Services is a strategic capability within the Clinical Supply Chain division, delivering innovative comparator sourcing solutions to global Biopharma customers. The Program Manager, Comparator Strategy & Innovation is accountable for developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives that strengthen Thermo Fisher Scientific's competitive differentiation, accelerate business growth and enhance customer value. The role leads cross-functional initiatives across Commercial, Global Comparator Sourcing, Product Management, Digital, Procurement and Supply Chain to design innovative sourcing capabilities and influence the long-term strategy of Comparator Services. In addition to leading strategic customer programs, the incumbent serves as the Product Champion for Comparator Services by identifying complementary sourcing solutions, leveraging AI and advanced analytics to optimize sourcing strategies, and driving commercialization of innovative service offerings. The role also acts as a strategic advisor to key Biopharma customers by facilitating innovation workshops and promoting emerging sourcing models, including reverse distribution, local sourcing and other future supply chain innovations.
