Role Overview
AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead major U.S. airport development and capital improvement programs.
The role provides strategic direction, oversight, and leadership for complex aviation initiatives across planning, design, procurement, and construction.
The position is described as based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and focuses on high-visibility airside and landside programs.
Program Leadership and Strategy
- Oversee the full lifecycle of large, multi-year aviation development programs.
- Provide executive-level leadership, decision-making guidance, and strategic direction to technical teams.
- Establish program governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
- Align client goals, regulatory requirements, operational constraints, and project execution plans.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary interface with airport authorities, senior leadership, regulatory agencies, and third-party partners.
- Facilitate program workshops, progress meetings, executive presentations, and stakeholder coordination sessions.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and key program participants.
