Role Overview
AECOM is seeking a senior program manager to lead major U.S. airport development and capital improvement programs.
The position is described as based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and covers high-visibility airside and landside programs.
The role provides strategic direction and oversight across planning, design, procurement, construction, and program execution.
Program Leadership
- Oversee the full lifecycle of large, multi-year aviation development programs.
- Provide executive-level leadership and strategic direction to technical teams.
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
- Align client goals, regulatory requirements, operational constraints, and execution plans.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary interface with airport authorities, senior leadership, regulatory agencies, and third-party partners.
- Facilitate workshops, progress meetings, executive presentations, and stakeholder coordination sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key program participants.
