Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops, proof-of-concepts, and integration planning through customer adoption and production deployment.
  • Guide client engineering teams through integration best practices and provide architectural oversight during onboarding.
  • Translate customer requirements into product roadmap requests and maintain technical documentation.
  • Test and validate new products before rollout as Customer Zero.
  • Prototype focused AI agents that provide technical validation and architectural blueprints for customers.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or customer-facing engineering.

  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQL, ETL, and JSON/XML structured data formats.
  • Understanding of tool chaining, prompt engineering, AI technology stacks, and identity management such as AWS Cognito.
  • Ability to communicate with C-level executives, business contacts, and engineering teams.
  • Travel to customer sites, primarily in North America, may reach 30% of working time, with periodic international travel.

Compensation

  • The posted base salary range may be adjusted based on the selected employee's final work location.
  • Individual pay may depend on experience, training, geography, certifications, and business needs.
