Sr. Product Manager

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience, including ownership of product strategy, roadmap development, and end-to-end delivery
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder products from concept through launch and scale
• Experience prioritizing product initiatives using data-driven frameworks (e.g., WSJF, ROI, customer impact)
• Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into actionable product requirements and measurable outcomes
• Strong experience working in Agile environments, partnering closely with engineering, design, and data teams
• 7+ years experience with healthcare, Specialty Pharmacy, PBM, Pharma, or Payer workflows.

• Defined product vision, strategy, and roadmap, leveraging market analysis, opportunity assessment, business case development, and prioritization frameworks to drive product investment decisions.
• Led product discovery and requirements definition through stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, root cause analysis, and hypothesis-driven validation to translate business and user needs into actionable solutions.
• Managed the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration, utilizing Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, release coordination, and cross-functional execution.
• Established and measured product success through KPI definition, analytics, experimentation, outcome validation, and continuous data-driven optimization.
• Partnered with cross-functional and executive stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Operations, Clinical, Compliance, and Sales to align priorities, navigate regulatory requirements, mitigate risk, and communicate product strategy and decisions.

• Strategic & Outcome-Oriented: Translates business goals into product strategy and execution plans, focusing on measurable outcomes such as adoption, cost savings, operational efficiency, and clinical impact.
• Customer-Centric & Domain-Driven: Applies healthcare expertise and user empathy to design compliant solutions that address patient, clinical, operational, and customer needs.
• Analytical & Data-Informed: Leverages qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritize opportunities, evaluate performance, guide roadmap decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Execution & Ownership: Leads initiatives from concept through launch and scale, maintaining operational rigor, reducing ambiguity, and ensuring successful delivery in dynamic environments.
• Influence & Leadership: Builds alignment across stakeholders through effective communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and leadership presence, driving decisions without direct authority.
