• We are building a new product team in India focused on the administration experience: the governance, controls, and platform plumbing that large customers depend on. We have two openings for Senior Product Managers. One will own data synchronization and integration reliability. The other will own governance and application lifecycle management. Both roles are about making Quickbase trustworthy, manageable, and safe at scale.
• What you will do
• Own a core area of the administration domain end to end. Depending on the role, that is either sync and integration reliability, or governance and application lifecycle management.
• Turn admin and IT pain into a clear roadmap. Reduce the effort of setting up and running Quickbase at scale.
• Partner daily with Engineering and Design to ship reliable, well-governed capabilities.
• Stay close to customers and the field. Bring real admin and IT problems into the work every week.
• Define and track the metrics that show the platform is easier to govern and administer.
• Use AI to move faster, in your research, your specs, and where it helps admins directly.
• What success looks like
• Administration and governance capabilities that measurably reduce setup and management effort.
• Fewer escalations and higher confidence among the IT and admin buyers who gate expansion.
• A reliable sync and integration foundation that customers trust with their most important data.
• Qualifications
• Required
• 5 to 9 years in product management, with a track record of owning technical product areas and delivering outcomes.
• Deep SaaS product experience, ideally with a PaaS or platform product.
• Highly technical. You understand APIs, data models, and how systems integrate, and can go deep with engineering, without being a developer yourself.
• Comfort with technical, systems-level products: integrations, data, governance, or platform administration.
• You work fluently with leading AI tools and use them daily in your product work.
• Strong analytical skills and a habit of deciding from data and direct customer contact.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Preferred
• Low-code or no-code platform experience is a bonus.
• Some design ability, and comfort prototyping your own ideas with tools like Figma, Figma Make, or Claude Design.
• Familiarity with governance, security, compliance, or IT administration.
• Experience with integration or data-synchronization products.
