The role is for a builder who connects technical implementation with product outcomes and user impact.
The engineer will take ownership of product work and collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and Founders.
Tech Stack
- Frontend development uses React.js.
- Backend development uses Python and Django.
- AI work uses Claude and other LLM-driven development tools.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Own features from concept to deployment while writing clean, scalable code tied to product goals.
- Build and maintain React.js front ends and Python/Django back ends with attention to performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Shape product specifications with Product, Design, and Founders and suggest simpler solutions to user problems.
- Ship rapidly, test in production, gather feedback, and iterate while balancing speed and code quality.
- Partner with Design and Data teams on dashboards, AI-powered features, and data visualizations.
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions and scalable codebase design.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and customer-impacting downtime.
- Use Claude and other LLM tools to build AI-powered features, prompt workflows, and intelligent AdsGPT capabilities.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Product Engineer, ideally in a startup or B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong React.js proficiency for front-end development.
- Strong Python proficiency with hands-on Django experience for back-end development.
- Understanding of REST APIs, SQL or NoSQL databases, and system design fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience building core AI products with tools such as Claude.
- Experience working directly with Product and Design teams.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with minimal hand-holding.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol for securely connecting LLMs to tools and APIs.
- Experience building conversational AI interfaces or managing multi-turn chatbot state.
- Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or data-heavy SaaS platforms.
- Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with LLM evaluation or monitoring tools such as Ragas, LangSmith, or Langfuse.
- Experience with Recharts, D3.js, Chart.js, or similar data visualization libraries.
- Familiarity with compliance-aware or explainable AI design in regulated domains.
