Role Overview
The AI Engineering team uses generative AI to streamline operations, improve customer experiences, and drive growth.
The team is developing automated prompting capabilities and a reusable prompt framework across business use cases.
The role works at the intersection of advanced technology and traditional industry to improve business processes.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs gathered from domain experts into clear and effective LLM prompts.
- Develop, test, and refine prompts for varied use cases to improve generated outputs.
- Integrate LLM solutions into existing and new applications with software development teams.
- Contribute to a scalable prompt engineering framework that promotes reuse and knowledge sharing.
- Analyze user feedback, monitor LLM advances, and support tool and platform selection.
- Document prompt engineering processes, best practices, and use case outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and 20 to 23 years of relevant experience are required.
- Experience with prompt engineering and familiarity with OpenAI GPT models, Hugging Face, or similar tools are required.
