Sr Portfolio Manager

• Develop, prioritise, and execute market development plans in collaboration with Portfolio Managers and Marketing
• Perform market data analysis and synthesise results to drive data-informed decisions
• Cultivate high-value relationships with top targets representing optimal growth opportunities
• Spend a minimum of 20% of each month engaging directly with the market (virtually or in person) to stay close to customer needs
• Organise and collaborate on market development activities such as focus groups

• Represent and promote the portfolios to regional teams
• Partner with the Sales team to strategize on top opportunities and advance adoptions
• Engage directly with HE instructors and key decision-makers to support a team sell approach
• Convert market development contacts into committed users and advocates

• Deep expertise in market development: translating insights into actionable growth strategies

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• Experience in product management, publishing, EdTech, or the broader education industry
• Strong market research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions
• Demonstrated financial acumen and understanding of how to develop business plans or commercial cases
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver projects on time
• General digital competency Microsoft Office, CRM systems, scheduling tools
• Familiarity with EdTech platforms and digital learning environments
• Customer-centric approach with the agility to adapt to change
• Commercial mindset with a passion for innovative product and market development
• Strong market research and analytical skills

The pay range for this position is between 48,000 - 50,000 GBP annually.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
