Role overview
Design, develop, and maintain digital technology infrastructure supporting information technology applications and services.
Collaborate across functions to define, design, and implement features that meet user needs and business goals.
Upgrade existing platforms to improve performance and functionality while troubleshooting complex issues.
Key accountabilities
- Develop clean, maintainable, efficient, and scalable software solutions.
- Lead deployment platform and CI/CD pipeline automation using twelve-factor development methods.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Write unit and integration tests, perform debugging, and apply test-driven development as needed.
- Improve software development and deployment processes, documentation, and system reliability.
- Provide technical support for deployed applications and participate in code reviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- The role typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
- ServiceNow experience is preferred.
