- Develop and update detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones

- Track daily, weekly, and monthly work progress, monitor critical activities, and prepare progress reports
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks and delays that could impact project timelines
- Present project plans, provide updates to management and stakeholders, and coordinate with various teams and contractors
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including minutes of meetings and reports on progress and performance
- Establish and monitor cost and schedule baselines, and assist with budgeting
- Ensure the quality of completed work and adherence to processes and procedures
