Substation Operations Planning is seeking a Senior Planning Analyst to support outage scheduling, compliance, and maintenance activities across the electric transmission and distribution system.
The role involves preparing and managing outage requests, optimizing schedules, and consolidating capital, preventive maintenance (PM), and corrective maintenance (CM) work to minimize equipment outages while ensuring system reliability and regulatory compliance.
The analyst will develop and maintain integrated work plans, coordinate with Electric Operations, Engineering, System Operations, and SSO.
This position requires strong project management, technical, and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret electrical drawings, manage complex assignments, and ensure adherence to compliance requirements and human performance standards.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused outcomes.
This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.
