Sr Partner Development Manager, Canada Partner Team

Go-to-Market Development

• Design and execute joint go-to-market strategies covering solution positioning, demand generation, and field alignment.
• Enable partners to develop industry-specific and workload-specific solutions.
• Advise senior partner stakeholders on AWS practice direction, investment priorities, and growth.

Partner Capability Development

• Assess partner capabilities and create multi-quarter roadmaps for priority workloads and AWS services.
• Support AWS competencies, certifications, and program milestones that unlock resources and funding.
• Manage partner funding and MDF investments against joint objectives and program requirements.

Business Planning

• Develop annual and quarterly plans with goals for pipeline, launched ARR, co-sell activity, and customer outcomes.
• Conduct data-driven pipeline and business reviews and raise findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, solutions architecture, and professional services teams to resolve blockers.

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years of go-to-market, business development, sales, or consulting experience.
• 5+ years working with enterprise application modernization and migration technologies.
• 2+ years working with data and AI technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, databases, or storage.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions, presenting to executives, and executing business transactions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year, cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
• An MBA.

About AWS

Compensation

• The Toronto base salary range is CAD 111,300 to CAD 185,800 annually.
• Total compensation may include sign-on payments, restricted stock units, benefits, and other elements.
