Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Production Support Analyst to provide production support, operational troubleshooting, incident management, and application support for a highly customized Oracle ERP environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong Oracle ERP functional knowledge, excellent Oracle SQL/PLSQL skills, and experience supporting business-critical ERP applications.
The environment includes significant custom development built on top of Oracle E-Business Suite (11i/R12), requiring both technical troubleshooting and business process understanding.
