Responsibilities
- Architect and design EPM applications (EPBCS/PBCS, FCCS, ARCS) including metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and cube structures
- Develop and optimize Calc Manager and Groovy scripts for planning, forecasting, and consolidation
- Implement and manage integrations using FDMEE, REST APIs, OIC, SmartView, and other tools to connect EPM with ERP/Finance systems
- Design and configure planning forms, dashboards, and reports to support FP&A and business decision making
- Build and maintain SmartView scripts for reporting, reconciliation, and automation
- Deliver solutions across EPM functional areas (Workforce Planning, Capital Planning, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation)
- Manage full cycle implementations (minimum 3 4 end to end projects), lead UAT, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery
- Apply Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies, enforce governance, and ensure adherence to best practices
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM consulting (implied by senior title and description)
- Experience with minimum 3 4 full cycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementations
- Expertise in EPBCS/PBCS, FCCS, ARCS
- Proficiency in Calc Manager and Groovy scripting
- Experience with integrations using FDMEE, REST APIs, OIC, SmartView
- Strong understanding of EPM functional areas (Workforce Planning, Capital Planning, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation)
- Ability to lead full cycle implementations and manage UAT
- Knowledge of Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies

Overview
