This person will manage the Mechanical Engineering (ME) group within the IPG Medical Division, while also serving as a technical lead and mentor to ME staff ranging from Engineering Technicians to Senior Engineers.

This role is intended for an experienced mechanical engineer from the medical device industry with strong design skills in optical system packaging, precision adjustment mechanisms, incorporation of innovative manufacturing processes, and mechanical analysis.

As a manager, this role requires a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of engineers, balance resources and capabilities, and mentor developing team members.
