Responsibilities
- Oversee efficiency of operational processes
- Participate in strategic planning and goal setting
- Manage and train employees, including floor staff, receptionist/café staff, technicians, and cleaners
- Develop staff work schedules and approve leave requests
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns and partnerships
- Monitor operational progress and provide reports to management
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard free facility
- Respond to customer and subordinate concerns
- Conduct facility inspections to ensure compliance
- Host and lead groups for events such as birthday parties and corporate outings
Requirements
- Experience in operations management or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to plan and execute events
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Job Overview

Compensation
- Pay: AED 10,000 AED 15,000 per month.
