Job overview and responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking Senior Manager – IT Application Development to help transform United’s Enterprise technology landscape. The leader in this role will use frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph to build intelligent agents, automate complex workflows, and unlock new levels of speed, quality, and productivity across Enterprise Systems.

Enterprise Systems Domain Leadership: Provide effective leadership, motivation, and mentoring across the Enterprise Systems domains, including Workday, ServiceNow, Finance Applications, and Corporate Software, while building domain capability, delivery ownership, and operational accountability

Agentic Solution Design, Orchestration, and Integration: Architect, engineer, and scale AI agents and Bots (Robotic Process Automation) to automate workflows across the organization, leveraging frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph to orchestrate multi-step tasks, decisioning, tool use, human-in-the-loop approvals, and integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, data sources, and cloud platforms.

Agentic AI Strategy and Workflow Automation Leadership: Lead the identification, prioritization, and automation of high-impact enterprise workflows using Agentic AI, ensuring solutions reduce manual effort, improve cycle time, and align with business and technology objectives.
