Sr. Mgr, Facilities Engineering

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or chemical engineering with 20 or more years of total facilities engineering experience is required.
• Alternatively, a master's degree with 16 or more years of facilities engineering experience focused on design, construction, and operations is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SAP for purchase requisitions and orders and advanced Microsoft Excel, Project, and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management, vendor management, root-cause analysis, and corrective or preventive action skills.
• Experience working in matrixed environments with international stakeholders and the ability to resolve complex challenges under pressure.
• Attention to detail, urgency, adaptability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel to other Lam locations may be required based on business need.
