Job purpose
The position is part of the sales team and is responsible for maximizing on-shelf presence across assigned outlets.
The merchandiser may conduct in-store sampling sessions and sampling or promotional activities.
Core responsibilities
- Visit specified off-trade outlets according to the supervisor's daily journey plan.
- Merchandise SSFL products on shelves, stands, floor displays, and other access points.
- Place point-of-sale materials next to displays where applicable.
- Follow approved planograms for all product access points.
- Rotate products using FIFO and remove substandard products.
- Maintain clean and fresh stock on shelves.
- Monitor competitor activity and report deviations from agreed outlet terms.
- Submit daily activity reports and participate in sampling or redemption campaigns when required.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior in line with the Frito-Lay code of conduct.
Required qualifications
- Valid driving license.
- Service-level orientation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
